
Millano has been operating for over a quarter century. Over that time, by combining tradition, experience and modern technology, we developed the Baron Excellent brand with which we have become an important player in the chocolate product market. The Baron Excellent brand is applied to a broad range of well known and appreciated products.
Millano is not just the Baron Excellent brand – it is also an enormous capital which is made up of: quality, unique recipes and the team of people.
Since the beginning, export has been important, in particular to Eastern markets. With regular and active participation in such international fairs as: ISM Cologne, Prodexpo and Food World Moscow, PLMA Amsterdam, PLMA Chicago, we have been growing the group of our foreign clients. At present we collaborate with distributors all over Europe and the world.
We wish to assure that our quality policy is based on the common understanding that our products result from a process in which attention is focused on constant quality improvement with particular stress on health safety.
Millano has the status of a supported employment enterprise. We are proud to state that there are no barriers to our collaboration with the employees who are provided with dignified and safe working conditions.
Now all development plans of Millano provide for further promotion and popularisation of the Baron Excellent brand, enhanced product quality and improved packaging.

1982 – Millano commenced its operations in Przeźmierowio at ul. Wysogotowska
1992 – we opened a production facility at ul. Wysogotowska forming chocolate bars with office and social facilities
1996 – we commissioned a most modern numerically controlled German line to produce chocolate mass and chocolate coating with output of 100 tons of mass daily
1996/1997 – a new production facility at ul. Graniczna was commissioned and it manufactured packaged products with filling
1999 – our own brands are launched
2000 – a breakthrough year when as became co-owner of Pomorzanka from Słupsk and thus extended our offer with the following range: hard caramels, gel products and coated products.
2001 – a modern logistics and distribution centre is set up - Millano Dystrybucja
2003 – with a view to the safety of our products and managed in a modern way, we began to implement a HACAPP system
2004 – we were granted the Quality System Certificate No. H-15/1/2004, compliant with the DS 3027 E2002 standard
2006 – another breakthrough year – commissioning of one of the most modern production facilities in confectionery industry, meeting top world standards in production and labour safety
At the same time we invested in new production lines and state-of-the-art packaging machines which has an indirect effect in expanding our production potential
Poland’s presence in the European Union and the output capacity have resulted in fast growing export sales to new markets – in Europe and all over the world.
Holding the trust of our clients, we have become a major supplier of goods branded by such retail chains as: Auchan, Tesco, Biedronka, Lidl, Intermarche, Geant, Plus Discount, Leader Price, Kaufland and Netto.
2009 – once again we invest in new technologies by investing in most modern packaging machines
